DeleteI have known my house was a kit home for years but was not aware of this blog until I saw the Boston Globe article. I purchased my Bellewood in 1999 and after doing some research on-line was able to get the page from the Sears catalog website advertising the home. The blog was very interesting to read and I was pleased to see another Bellewood on one of your posts, and like myself, they had replaced the attic louver with a small window. Their stairs come straight out where mine go to the side, otherwise they are identical. Very interesting information.
